Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

Akande Olutayo Bamidele is a development practitioner and policy advocate with expertise in monitoring and evaluation, human resource management, and organizational development. He currently serves as the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for the Ogun Youth Agenda project, where he designs and implements evidence-based frameworks to track impact, strengthen accountability, and inform policy decisions that advance youth engagement and sustainable development.

Olutayo is also a lecturer in the Department of Employment Relations and Human Resource Management at Osun State University, Nigeria, where he teaches and researches talent management, employee relations, and workforce retention. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the National Open University of Nigeria and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. He is presently pursuing a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management at Osun State University, with research focused on talent management strategies and employee retention in the Nigerian banking sector.

A student member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), Olutayo also holds certifications in project management and leadership from the YALI Africa Learning Platform and is a Fellow of the Raising New Voices Citizenship Fellowship.
