
Communication Officer
Faridah Igbayilola is a dedicated environmental professional with a strong focus on sustainability advocacy, climate change communication, and policy engagement. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Resources Management and has completed executive training at Lagos Business School, equipping her with both technical expertise and strategic insight.
Faridah currently serves as the Communications Officer for the Ogun Youth Agenda project, where she leads outreach and advocacy initiatives aimed at promoting youth engagement in environmental policy and sustainable development. In this role, she designs and executes communication strategies that inform, educate, and mobilize stakeholders, including government agencies, civil society organizations, and community groups, to drive action on environmental and climate-related issues.
With over three years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Faridah has developed a reputation as a skilled public speaker, researcher, and policy advocate. She excels in building collaborative partnerships, developing evidence-based advocacy materials, and translating complex environmental issues into actionable insights for policymakers and communities.
